Confidence & Connection For IntrovertsReady to build confidence and connection – the introverted way? Explore my innie courses.
A Mentor Who Understands You
As an introvert, you’re probably very attuned to areas of your life that are out of whack. You have a long list of ‘shoulds’ to get you back on track.
You’re used to being told by extroverted mentors to “push yourself” and “be more outgoing.” But the more you try to fix yourself, the more inadequate and depleted you feel.
I completely understand! I’m an introvert, too.
I’d love to be your guide on your journey towards a more compelling and confident you.
My courses are designed with your unique challenges in mind.
I help you to tap into your introverted strengths and use them to your advantage. No extroversion required!
Unbreakable Confidence For Introverts
This 8-week course is right for you if you are an introvert and you want to build confidence that endures no matter where you are or who you’re with. This is called core confidence.
I’ll help you lay the foundation for confidence by getting to the source of your insecurities and gently uprooting them once and for all. Next, you’ll cultivate true confidence, as you elevate your emotions and develop a courageous mindset. You’ll also discover how to be more assertive.
I outline clear achievable steps for building confidence as an introvert. I walk you through each essential stage, so you don’t feel overwhelmed.
Fulfilling Connections For IntrovertsI created this 6-week online course for Introverts, to solve two major innie problems:
1) The feeling of loneliness that often comes with being an introvert in an extrovert-centric world.
2) The lack of introvert specific advice out there on how to connect with people.
A lot of social skills experts deliver great advice on how to connect on a deeper level with people. But often, it’s framed in a way that favors extroverts.
As an introvert, you have different needs and strengths than extroverts. My course is the only connections course created by and for introverts.
What It's Like To Work With Me
So, to sum up, I am learning a lot with this first lesson: not only to recognise this self-sabotage (which I do) but also to learn to be more playful, and let my artistic voice express itself Stefanie, Brussels
