The first step to being an irresistible introvert is to stop apologizing.
Stop apologizing for who you are and who you are not. Stop apologizing for your quietness, your need to be alone, and your tendency toward overwhelm.
Stop feeling guilty for saying ’no’, so that you can say ‘yes’ to taking care of yourself. Stop beating yourself up for not knowing what to say, and not saying everything you know.
Let go of the need to be anything you’re not. Embrace the sweet freedom that comes from not giving a damn what you ‘should’ do. Open your heart, mind, body, spirit to the truth of who you were meant to be: a perfectly flawed, and superbly introverted force of quiet inspiration.

Lots of innie love,
As an introvert who had to figure out all of this stuff on his own over the course of a decade it’s great that people like you are helping others gain this perspective.
Being an introverted man is a powerful thing once you realise how to own it.
