   I am very much an introvert. I have went through life being misunderstood and being a pleaser felt I had to explain everything. With having adhd drifting away is my needed internet vacation. I am so happy I found your site. Thank you, Thank you, thank you!!! 🙂

   This list rings true. I saw a job posting today that asked for an ‘extroverted personality’. I think the writer of that posting would benefit from reading this synopsis of introvert awesomeness.

     Thanks, Vivek. Indeed, so many employers advertise that they are looking for “extroverts”. I hope we see less and less of that as people begin to understand to power of introverts. 🙂

   I’m very thankful that I found this site. Maybe I finally figured out what am I and where I belong. Thank you Michaela! 🙂 Now I know that are whole family is made of introverts. I’m normal and I don’t need fixing. It gets clearer to me every time I drop by here. Can you help me out here? you see, our teachers would usually notice only the extroverts. 🙁 I wanna stand out to but I don’t think I can overcome their overflowing energy. 😐

     Hi Emmy, I’m happy my site is helping you accept yourself and your introversion. I know what you mean about teachers only noticing extroverts. Perhaps you could talk to your teachers before or after class when there aren’t other overwhelming personalities around?

    I have spent a lot of time being made fun of and being misunderstood, because I was an INFP, thus being thought weak because I looked at the world in a totally different way from others. I was more connected with nature and had almost a ridiculous amount of insight for my age. But your blog helped me realize that being introverted is a gift and I feel really empowered. Thank you SO much, Michaela.
