   This is great. I wish I could post this in my cube at work. My low rating on my “performance” review was based on the fact that I was “anti-social”, even though I did my job well. Not everybody has to run around screaming they do well. Some of us do well without banging our own drums. We have a new HR lady and she agreed it was inappropriate to call me anti-social because I choose to stay at my desk doing what I am being paid to do rather than spending my day gossiping like my cube mate.

     Oh, the dreaded performance review! Those things can be so subjective and unfair. I’m glad to hear that you got it sorted out. You shouldn’t be chastised for doing your job!

   Thank you for this infographic! I am exhausted from trying to explain myself all the time (and in a perfect world we shouldn’t have to, extroverts don’t!) and most extroverts still don’t really get it…….I wish ALL managers had to take a course on introversion to better manage their introverted employees and make all our lives a little more comfortable.
